At Patola House, we are committed to delivering premium-quality sarees with care, transparency, and timely service. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • During high-demand periods such as festivals, special sales, or promotions, processing time may extend by 1–2 additional business days.

  • Customers will receive an order confirmation via Email or WhatsApp once the order is processed.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard Delivery (India):
    Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days for most locations.

  • Remote / Non-Metro Areas:
    Delivery may take 6–10 business days depending on courier reach.

  • Patola House partners with trusted and reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.


3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via Email, WhatsApp, or SMS.

  • Customers can track their shipment using the courier partner’s tracking portal or the tracking link provided.


4. Shipping Charges

  • FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders above β‚Ή999.

  • Orders below β‚Ή999 will attract standard shipping charges, clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include additional charges based on location.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD service is available for selected pin codes only.

  • Courier partners may contact customers for order verification before delivery.

  • Repeated failed or refused COD deliveries may result in temporary or permanent COD restriction for the customer.


6. Packaging & Safety

  • All products are packed using multi-layer, tamper-proof, and water-resistant packaging.

  • Special care is taken to ensure fabric protection during transit.

  • Each order undergoes a final quality and packaging check before dispatch.


7. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

  • Patola House is not responsible for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional re-shipping charges may apply.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is received in a damaged condition or appears to be tampered with, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A clear unboxing video and relevant proof are mandatory for claim processing.

  • After verification, Patola House will coordinate with the courier partner and offer a replacement or refund, as per our policy.


9. International Shipping

  • Currently, Patola House delivers only within India.

  • International shipping services will be introduced soon.
