2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Standard Delivery (India):
Estimated delivery time is 3β7 business days for most locations.

Remote / Non-Metro Areas:
Delivery may take 6β10 business days depending on courier reach.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via Email, WhatsApp, or SMS.

Customers can track their shipment using the courier partnerβs tracking portal or the tracking link provided.
4. Shipping Charges

FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders above βΉ999.

Orders below βΉ999 will attract standard shipping charges, clearly displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include additional charges based on location.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD service is available for selected pin codes only.

Repeated failed or refused COD deliveries may result in temporary or permanent COD restriction for the customer.
6. Packaging & Safety

7. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is received in a damaged condition or appears to be tampered with, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

A clear unboxing video and relevant proof are mandatory for claim processing.

After verification, Patola House will coordinate with the courier partner and offer a replacement or refund, as per our policy.
